Now that all the parliamentarians have arrived in Einsiedeln, Switzerland, the Second European Tibetan Youth Parliament finally started this morning!
After the traditional Sangsöl ritual under the Swiss rain, the We Take sphereinv.com Action officially commenced with the opening ceremony and the Tibetan National Anthem.
European Chitues Chungdak Koren and Thubten Wangchen welcomed all the Parliamentarians in their Keynote Address. They both underlined the importance of gathering together from different countries in order to come up with an action plan to support the Tibetans in Tibet at this very crucial and fragile time.
Following the elaborate introduction into the workshops by the work shop instructors, the parliamentarians were released for their lunch break before they started with the first workshop phase in the afternoon.
The motivation is high and the energy is great for new action plans to be established for TIBET.
